PHATHOPHYSIOLOGY
Due to inflammation tissue damage occur
After tissue damage it result to impair of mucociliary clearance
When secretions are not coughed out it cause bacterial colonisation

NURSING INTERVENTION
Provide anti TB treatment
excessive secretions must be removed
Provide antibiotics to help control infection
Remove things that obstruct air

Advise patient to always be on an ventilated environment
