Constipation is likely, manage with diet and exercise, use laxatives and softeners as needed.

Indications
-
Oral: Symptomatic relief of moderate to severe pain. and the anxiety associated with severe pain in patients 1 year and over.
Injection: Relief of moderate to severe pain unresponsive to non-opioids. Severe intractable pain in terminal cancer. Pre-op medication. Adjunct in general anaesthesia.
