Our business is constantly changing, from advances in technology to changes in accounting policy. The Hotel Accounting Manual (HAM) is designed to guide you in how to handle these changes and ensure a sound control environment.
The HAM is reviewed on an annual basis in order to incorporate significant policy and control changes, giving our hotels a working document to refer to that is as up-to-date as possible. This year's review was performed by several of your colleagues from around the globe, taking into account input received from the global hotel community.
