        Women all over the world have fought tirelessly for equality. Especially in the 18 and 1900's. The so called Equal Rights Amendment has never been ratified, there are fifteen states that are still not ratified. After about 5 decades.

        Equality is the fair treatment of people regardless of their gender, race, disability, religion, nationality, sexual orientation or age. At school or in the workplace, equality means making sure people are given equal opportunities, equal pay and are accepted for their differences.
        
        The Women’s Workplace Equality Index also said, “Legal reform is possible, and benefits not only women and families, but entire econonmies. Governments should tackle the unfair laws and policies biased against women.”

        Women should have the right to live free from disrimination, and earn a fair and equal wage. Women should not be biased, women and men should have equal rights.
