They also state that, "On the other hand, some scholars point to the prefatory language "a well regulated Militia" to argue that the Framers intended only to restrict Congress from legislating away a state's right to self-defense."
        
        e. The Analysis and Evaluation: Some people interpenetrate the Second Amendment in a few different ways. Some say that according to the Second Amendment, they have the right to have guns so that they could protect themselves, and others believe that only the militia can own firearms and not the citizens.
        
        f. The Conclusive Sentence: If each individual owns a firearm, than the citizens would be a lot more effective.
