MECHANISM
Rodary moption mechanism
Pulleys with belt
Uses: industnal machines, vehicle engines, washing machines
and dulls
-
Fiction drives
Made up of two or more wheels, the first wheel is the primary drive wheel and it moves and turns the second wheel (output wheel)
The ratio between the rotation veloaty of the wheels or pulleys
depends on the relative size of the wheels.
-
Worm gear
-
Each time the screw rotates, the gear moves forward as many
teeth ashere are grooves in the screw, usually a small number I, 2 or 3;
this is used to reduce velocity as well as functioning as a brake system
-
Pulley trains with belts
It's a system of pulleys, or wheels, with a belt
formed by more than two wheels
The gear ratio beetween the drive pulley and the driven pulley
depends on the relative size of the pulleys in the system
-
Linear motion mechanism
-
-
Fixed pulley
Whell that as a groove around it into wich a rope chain or belts fits it rocates around an an axte that is flixed to an that is flixed inmobile surface
-
Movable pulley
system on fixed and movable pulleys (blocks and tackles) we use more pulleys the system is more complex it need less esffort
What are they?
Devices that transmit and convert forces and motion for a driving force or input element to an output element
-
-
how do they move?
the motion produced by a motor is teransformed and converted by the mechanism to receiving elements,so that they can do the job for wich they were constructed
