- Anyone may travel freely on ocean are beyond their terriorty but seas may be closed by international warfare.
- All arguments shall be made public and open diplomacy
3.The removal of all economic barriers, to the extent possible, and the equality of trade conditions between all States that accept and participate in the maintenance of peace.
- All minimum international and extended protection will be allowed
- All self-governing nations deserve sovereignty
- Russia gets complete control over all of its territories
- Belgium gains complete independence and sovereighy
- All French territory is restored
- Italy's borders should be altered so that they align with cultural lines
- Basically saying that the current king of the Austro-Hungarian empire should be taken out of power and freedom to the people should be restored
- Romania, Serbia and Montenegro need to be evacuated so they can be restored. They will work towards their independence.
- The Turkish population within the Ottoman Empire shall be given its own sovereignty.
13.Poland will be granted independence. They will be given political and economic independence and territorial freedom will be granted.
14.There should be equal guarantees no matter how powerful the nation, including political independence and territorial integrity.

Alliances were an underlying cause of the war as well. IF one country went to war their alliances would follow them into war as well
Technology
Weapons and types of transportation we improved and matured. They had machine guns inside of muscats and planes instead of horses.

Chemical Warfare was a new element of distributiveness. For example they would sent off a chemical bomb and the people around would breath in the gas and drown basically from the inside-out.
