The information and knowledge I share come from the women and men who walked here before me and some who continue to walk today. So I give thanks to them
I want to talk about how our collective total health plays a role in how well we're able to evolve as a people.

Age of Plenty
Our genes have evolved in a specific environment that have allowed us to survive and thrive over tens of thousands of years. But our environment has changed faster than our genes can adapt, there for currently there is a mismatch between our genes and the current environment that western society has created.
For instance we're amidst an abundance of food, yet the food is void of many nutrients

ANCESTRAL WISDOM
-
In the time of our ancestors and even as recent as our grandparents generation (Depending on your age) they were not counting calories, counting macros or having to watch how much mono-polyunsaturated fat or cholesterol they were eating.
Their knowledge and understanding about Living a good life was built over centuries of trial and error on the land. Football feild for example, For about 97 yards we been in good health-it's only in the last 3 yards that we've been strugglig to reclaim our health.

HISTORICAL most of our history, we were in good health. It is only in this recent history that we've been out of balance and harmony with ourselves and the world around us
