Peer Editing
Students can write their papers and share them with classmates in order to get feedback on their work. This allows students to get feedback and can help improve their writing.
According to WAC Clearinghosue, "Students working in collaborative groups can take advantage of group members for built-in peer review as they complete writing projects" (nd)
Peer editing allows students to get a second look at their writing before they submit it. It can also allow students to reflect on their own papers and think about their format and clarity.
Creative Writing
Students could make up a story and using tools to collaborate on it. Students can use to collaborate on a historical fiction writing piece.

Students can share their ideas and build off each others ideas in order to further their thinking and prevent writers block.
Projects
Students can work to develop a newspaper article for a project, they could work on a story, or they could make a podcast script and make a podcast together.
