Redevelopment Project:
The place is redeveloped as a whole instead of by parts, which was an attempt done by the government, dividing the place into 12 sub-clusters and redevelop each one

According to the plan, over 70,000 flats will be constructed over 200 acres, and 55,000 families will be rehabilitated
However, some people believe that the project won't work, since the government didn't have much responsibility in it and can leave the plan anytime, leaving high risk for the developers
