- - - - -Assess for the presence and existence of sign and symptom of infection for further action
      - -Strictly maintain aseptic technique during do dressing to protect patient and self
      - -Administer antibiotic as ordered by doctors
      - -Clean the pin site often to maintain good hygiene
      - -Cover the pin site using gauze to protect the site
      - -Educate family member not to touch the pin site because it can cause transmission of infection
  - - - -Educate patient not to take a salty food because salty food can worsen the conditions
      - -Monitor blood pressure 4 hourly to assess the trend of his blood pressure
      - -Administer medication if ordered by Doctor
      - -Encourage patient to take enough sleep and rest because it help in recovery our body
      - -Encourage patient to stop smoking
  - - - Assess capillary refill and pulse on affected limb as baseline data
      - -Assist patient for active exercise on affected limb to improve circulation and venous return
      - -Encourage patient to take balanced diet especially foods that rich in protein for tissue healing
      - -Educate patient to be more careful during do any physical activities to avoid fracture on the affected limb once again
      - -Ensure the skeletal weight load hanging freely to avoid wrong alignment of skeletal
      - -Help patient in positioning so that more comfortable
