interview reflection (How did it feel while you were being interviewed?…
interview reflection
What were you thinking going into this mock interview? Did you feel prepared when it started? What steps did you take to prepare? What steps do you wish you took? How was it helpful or how was it not helpful?
going into the interview i comforted myself with the idea that this is a mock interview, not a position i am striving for so i reminded myself that i was there to present myself as an individual, that was more scarier.
presenting yourself as an individual is scarier as well not everyone is everyones cup of tea yaknow?? but i mean that awareness is whats helpful in terms of feeling prepared
How did it feel while you were being interviewed? Did you ever tell the interviewer what you were thinking/ feeling?

Reflect on your actual responses. Did you feel your responses were adequate or could you have done better? What questions were easy? What questions did you find difficult?
the questions i found easy were general questions that could become broader
say the "where do you see yourself in 5 years" and "what was a situation where you had a conflict with another person"

As a result of this unit what did you learn? I realize these interviews were not for "real" but now that you have been through this process what should you do to prepare for when it is for real?

Evaluate this experience. Be honest. What did you think was positive about this experience? How could the experience be improved?
what was positive was the realness of it, like yeah it was a "MOCK" interview but frfr it was a genuine interview
i like talking to adults and actually being listened to, it made me feel important
