Complicated if multiple tables used, difficult to set up for inexperienced user, incorrect query = incorrect results.

Frames used for text and images, drag and drop, WYSIWYG, templates.
Disadvantages
Compatibility issues with different software, Difficult to use/create layouts for inexperienced user.

Over do it with too much text, images and animations, can look unprofessional if too many animations used, effects can be distracting.
Advantages
Use of images, sound, video on slides, templates, hyperlinks used to other resources, delivered to wide audience, timings, animations.
