Data Tracking Systems
Tier 1
LiveSchool for tracking behavior points and rewards. I would use this to track when Nancy was cooperative and working well with her fellow classmates and use it to motivate her to continue to work with other students.
Hand Raising Tracking Form to see when Nancy was and was not cooperating with the classroom norm of raising her hand to answer a question. This might help to get her in the habit of thinking before she speaks instead of just blurting out answers (regardless of if they're correct).
Tier 2
Self Monitoring Sheet to place Nancy in a role of greater responsibility over her in class behavior. We could review and compare with her LiveSchool tracking data and collaborate to see where she is improving or still needs work.
Tier 3
Student Learning Style Survey to see if Nancy requires a particular kind of differentiated learning to feel like she is being challenged enough and appreciated for her higher level of learning. This could also be used as evidence that she may require a higher level of learning than what is currently being provided.
Challenging Behavior
Nancy is a smart young woman who excels at her studies, so much so that it has begun to deter her classmates from taking part in discussions. She is so quick to answer, and ready to answer for others, that it has become difficult for anyone else to engage in the topic at hand. While obviously a great student who I don't want to stifle, I have to think about the other students in the class and how I can be far to everyone.
