Workshops to test direct skills instead of interview process.
Challenges: lack of feedback from recruiters.
Dandelion program: relaxed environment, identified key people to do to, personalised experience, making allowances and accommodations.
Getting feedback and communication was essential in the process. Checking in and who to go to for support. Awareness of stress triggers that others may not respond to in the same way.
