Challenges: not many... getting a commercial contract over the line. Only commercial deal to take under 1 month to sign.

What difference do you hope neurodiversity will bring: a creative mindset and finding different patterns. Social element and acceptance in mindset.

Challenges: partner in DXC has shielded us from many of the usual challenges. More women and considering a career in banking is a challenge. Broader awareness of diversity being a ROI rather than a nice to have.
We want to see people able to participate in the community and economy.
Low success in applying directly (process not supportive), Centrelink and job providers were not helpful. System not supportive. Feeling of hopelessness.
Now in a roll it has changed the family dynamic. Confidence increased.
Diagnosis and a period of denial.

Workshops to test direct skills instead of interview process.
Challenges: lack of feedback from recruiters.
Dandelion program: relaxed environment, identified key people to do to, personalised experience, making allowances and accommodations.
Getting feedback and communication was essential in the process. Checking in and who to go to for support. Awareness of stress triggers that others may not respond to in the same way.
