Body produce most of the cholesterol in the blood while our diets provide the remains.
Cholesterol carried by HDL is called ‘‘good cholesterol’’ because it carry LDL away to be processed or removed by the liver.
Cholesterol carried by LDL is called ‘‘bad cholesterol’’ cause it mixes with other substances to form plaques.
Cholesterol is the main culprit in this disease.
