        Structured Time out for when he does not respond to other consequences and help him settle and calm down in a timely manner
        
        Behavior intervention plan that involves teachers, support staff, the student, and parents actively, to provide more intensive intervention and monitoring, increase support around the student with regular follow up and plan adjustments based on student progress
        
        FOR HYPERACTIVITY
        
        Daily Behavioral Form to promote self responsibility and provide structure, routine, consistency, and organization
        
        Structured breaks to help with his fidgety habits and give him an opportunity to get up to remedy his trouble sitting still and help them redirect and refocus

        Functional Behavior Assessment to help identify the root causes, functions, reinforcers of behavior and factors that may not be obvious and to develop an appropriate and effective behavior plan
