HARM
Jack harmed and has thought of harming many boys including Ralph and other boys.
"Kill the beast! Cut his throat! Spill his blood!"
"He's going to beat Wilfred.' "What for?' Robert shook his head doubtfully. 'I don't know. He didn't say. He got angry and made us tie Wilfred up. He's been' -He giggled excitedly- 'He's been tied up for hours, wating."
CHOICE
He had many choices whether to hurt or not hurt the boys. Ralph gave him countless of choices to turn back to society and to be with him and the littluns but, each time Jack went back to his savage ways. He had a choice to stay in line with Ralphs rules and stay under control but, he was the one who decided to defy Ralphs power and go off hunting and not listen to Ralphs rules.
KNOWLEDGE
He had knowledge of hurting the boys one incident was with Robert. "Jack shouted. 'Make a ring!' The circle moved in and round. Robert squealed in mock terror, then in real pain. 'Ow! Stop it! You're hurting!' The butt end of a spear fell on his back." Pg. 114

Jack undermines Ralph’s leadership & doesn’t care for the rules

Jack wants to take away the boys’ voice by taking away conch’s power "Conch! Conch!' shouted Jack. 'We don't need the conch anymore. We know who ought to say things. WHat good did SImon do speaking, or Bill or Walter? It's time some people knew they've got to keep quiet and leave deciding things to the rest of us" pg. 101-102

Jack controls all meat on island; gives it to the boys to control them
"Jack spoke again, impatiently. 'Has everybody eaten as much as they want?' His tone conveyed a warning, given out of pride of ownership, and the boys ate faster while there was still time." Pg 149
