CHINESE GREAT LEAP FORWARD
TOPIC 1:
1- it was an economic and social campaign by the communist party of china from 1958 to 1962. chief changes in the lives of rural Chinese included the incremental introduction of mandatory agricultural collectivization.
2- the goal of it is to change China from an agrarian economy into a modern society .
Topic 5(the great leap forward failure):
1- Farmers lack the technique(adding fertilization and watering to plant),lead to famine
2-stating un realistic targets lead to famine
3-government published fake targets to cover up the losses
4- the news of famine was not published and peasants were not allowed to leave their areas so no one can know their secret of not producing
Topic7:
The GLF failed because of its technique. 1st reason: was overwatering the plants.
2nd reason: was that people were setting unrealistic targets which they couldn't achieve.
3rd reason was the government was faking the targets. 4th reason: was they were censoring the news.

It sought to rid China of old ways, and create a society where peasants physical labor were the ideal. Moa aimed to purge the country of "impure" elements and revive the revolutionary spirit. It resulted in the death of 1 and a half million people.
