Delegation - acting on behalf of another user.
sign in as a user - based on permissions you can take ownership of another account temporarily.
for example. I could respond as a receptionist to a message rather than jf1
when selecting an account that has been taken, it will open that users UI and you will see their messages
menu - user - select - acquire (added to delegate list)
There's an option to TAKE user in delegation process. from one delegator to you (logged in user) This would mean messages would now arrive to you.
There's also a GIVE option. Give to other user. gives a list of options you can give to - permissions based
RELINQUISH - (SOME CAN NEVER BE RELINQUISHED) users put back into empty pool and no messages would be received
an ADMIN user can delegate and do all of above
connectivity is still undecided.
This may call the server on every option selected, or all may be loaded on login and updated where required
