The iGens are suffering dramatic shifts in their behaviors and emotional states, and in order to ease the pressure, people should take some steps to solve these problems.
Background
In recent decades, the digital revolution has created a new generation, named iGeneration. These people were born between 1995 and 2012, and they are shaped by the smart phones and by the concomitant rise of social media. Under the influence of the technology, teens’ behaviors and emotion have become a problematic issue.

The advent of technologies has exposed young people to an excess of information, which has led them to stretch their adolescence, show extrinsic motivation and read less.

Parents are supposed to set a boundary on screen time and encourage teens to hang out with friends

In brief, the behavioral and psychological problems can be improved by the joint efforts of people

In conclusion, iGeneration is the victim of the boosting digital world. Their lives are trapped by the world of mobile phones, and their emotion is controlled by the hand of technology. What has happened to them is the price of the high-tech world. Therefore, people around iGen should make concerted efforts to help reduce the impacts of technology on them. Although the methods above make sense, some of them are still lack of enough evidence to back its feasibility and effectiveness.
