According to the Human Right Activist, the roads and rubble were cleaned off but there is still a deadly disease, Cholera, which are still killing the Haitian and they would need more funding, and there is convincing evidence that shown that UN may have been responsible for the Cholera outbreak. Also, the political structure is in wack as the year of the earthquake were the same year as many office expirations for many Senator which left the President to be the only one in control.

  - - - I may be looked upon as a pessimist but I do believe that there will be certain amount of progress into a world that the humanitarian org. believes in but don't know if it will complete before it's time. Climate change are one of the big factors as many scientists states that it is too late for us to recover and influence Earth back to normal status and it is just a matter of time.
      - After Hurricane Maria, many cellphone towers has been shutdown in Puerto Rico, fortunately Google was able to launch a stratospheric balloon that enables to spread internet and allows people to receive and send texts to other. Just even this physically small technology were able to ease some people's life which can show how much technology we will need to be reliant to our survival in the future
  - - - I believe that neoliberalism may never make it to the US, because US has already gone through countless years of hardship with structuring the current government we have today and fortunately it is somewhat well fortified that a change or destruction cannot penetrate through the structure. However, unlike US, Third World is still fragile as Haiti has easily been destructed by a natural disaster where the government is wack and the resources are wack which may not happen to US especially a failure of political structure
    - - I also believe the current political or social structure hasn't made any easier to reduce poverty but ways to avoid it as not as many political figures tries to actually help homeless but use them as their props to help strengthen their image. But it is crucial to have a serious participation from the government to help orgs that are actually trying to help the orgs.
        
        I didn't realize to the fact that unemployment rate is not what we really think of or at least. Many and including myself thought that unemployment rate considers the people who aren't able to obtain jobs despite looking for it but what I didn't know is that it doesn't include the people who stopped looking for jobs because they're either homeless and can't obtain the opportunity to apply to job or of course people who decided to be a stay-at-home. So whenever the news or the president states that the unemployment rate has decreased without a specific demographics, we can't really expect that people are getting the job they need

        Known as "1999 Seattle WTO protests" or Battle of Seattle" a protest with 40,000 people taking on the street outside of Washington State Conevntion and Trade Center, where WTO and IMF were to discuss a new policies for the future generation. Protestors especially anti-capitalist, NGOs, Labor Unions, and such were against the concept of the new policies, therefore, there were peaceful protest planned but other protestors had much more violent ideas planned which led to public property destruction and such which caused a riot and police to take action. Many saw the protest as a sucess as the awareness of the WTO were spread and also the arrested were released and judged that they were exercising theit 4th amendment

        That is true, we sometimes see in the movie where main protagonist will execute something that is unethical to achieve that believes to be something greater but it does question if it was ethical to do so? Fortunately, those things happens in movies and it will end up in happy ending but what about in real life? Sometime taking unethical gamble and hoping for a better result will not always play out what will happen then? Who will take responsibility for it? what happens to the people who has been impacted by the unethical action

        Despite the expectation of advancement of neoliberalism, the project had contributed to the advancement of political movements which ended up completely different from what the creator has hoped to
        
        Any kind of movements toward neoliberalism has multiple times negatively impact on the neoliberal world-making and consider market values over human needs, polticial equality, commons, and environmental integrity.
        
        I had a hard time understanding this part of the segment
        
        Conclusion
        
        Despite the fantasy result from having Neoliberalism sounds nice, it is not all that easy as it would require to go entrepreneurism to achieve it first which is similar to capitalism and some times doesn't really go against the current economic structure we have now. Some may think that problems are all concerned with designing but sometimes it isn't
        
        I believe that Neoliberalism can solve the problem that we face today as many integration must be consider especially with Capitalism and other political structure that many may disgust to, especially that the world is covered by 7 billions people so not one thing can solve all 7 billions problem, I believe it is important to experiment and especially the first step must be taking a step one and trying to make small changes that will build up to one big change.
