Poland Solid
They decided to get in a union called solidarity but also they made a broadcast which became world wide
They decided to banned and stop all their movements but later couldn't stop them
People were tired of having problems like low wages and food shortages
They eventually won the USSR independence without even fighting
Hungarian Uprising
The new leader came and brought a more bigger problem
Hungarians were mad cause they had banned churches,no freedom,had control of eduction
The 2 week fight finally ended and got 3,000 people killed and other injured
The people decided to protest for a new leader and to band the Red Army which worked a got them a new leader
USSR Collapse
The ussr was having problems with money
Berlin Wall
Many people did escape the place until they replaced it with Cement Blocks which lowered the peoples chance to escape. This lasted for 28 years
Many people had families in the other side which they were upset they couldn't see so they decided to fight for it and destroy the wall
During the 1961, Many Germans were upset that the USSR was taking over there property
The wall is now a memorial and a warning that if you mess with them they will destroy you and not let you control them
Prague Spring
The government did let them have more political parties and let the people relax more
People didn't fight due to the leader saying it wasn't the right choice to do that
The people were tired of living in Czech due to them not having any freedom, gov controlled economy,one political party
The soviet union and some Warsaw Pact lastly invaded Czech and Eastern Europe
