Food :corn:
They use to eat the three sisters witch are the corn,squash,and beans.
They hunted for deer, moose, and small game, and went fishing in the rivers and lakes.Besides fish and meat, the Algonquins gathered berries and wild plants to eat.
According to Anishinabik teachings,the "kwe-wuk" women were responsible for gathering wild rice,berries and maple syrup.Sometimes,the women and children planted crops such as corn,beans,and squash.
The "nini" men hunted moose,caribou,deer,porcupine,beaver,and bear in their family hunting grounds.
