The Algonquin lived in wigwams which are small dome shaped houses that they lived in.
These house where made of several wooden poles and sheets of bark.
The Algonquin also lived in long houses which are long houses where three families can fit in.These houses had really tall poles which were covered in sheets of bark to make its shape and to make it a shelter.
Three fire pits for the three families to cook on and on the roof their would be three holes for the smoke to go out. They slept in big bunk beds and they would hang their corn on the roof so it can dry.
also below the bunk bed they wold have a storage are were they would put their hunting gear, cooking utensils and canoes.
