        If charged, you will either be released on bail or held in prison on remand before being brought before a court.
        
        If you are under ten, the police cannot fingerprint you.
        
        If you are between 10 and 17, then they can only fingerprint you if an indictable offence is involved or a parent is present.

        A series of questions may be asked that can be recorded and taped.
