The cost of living is lower in San Antonio, Texas. The image below is from

The cost of living in Huron, Ohio, where I currently live from

A couple reasons i can think of that the cost of living is higher in Huron is Lake Eire. Lake Eire is one of the great lakes and is a wonderful tourist attraction. San Antonio competes with Huston, Dallas as the other two major cities in Texas.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Also get some vacation, personal, sick days, paid parental leave, paid sabbaticals, summer hours, and the best thing there is tickets to NBA, WNBA, and NBA G League games.
A Photographer in the NBA earns an average of $39,891, ranging from $38,797 to $40,951. With the most at $41,958.(

A two bedroom apartment rents out to be an average $1273.

LIFE-LONG LEARNER
I will continue to educate myself through work and freelance work. By doing my job and freelance work I will always be trying different things and being more comfortable doing so. Just like everything else, you can't expect to be great at something if you don't put in the work or time.
Some emerging photography trends that I can think of is more action and content. My job now when photographing sports is to fill the frame with content and make sure its showing action. Also show some emotion like this photo of Jason Kipnis. Jason plays 2nd Base for the Cleveland Indians. He just hit a home run and the image of him standing there watching while the catcher has his head down. There is another picture that has the fans and more content in it but I could not find it.

Just from my current job I have notice that they are in need of portrait and candid photographers. So just from that experience we do lack photographers. Most people would rather be out on their own.
They only thing I would go back to school after graduation and 5-10 years from now would be to get a degree in marketing. I think if I knew how to market either myself or another company would really put me above people. It would go along way for my career.
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY/NEEDS
After figuring out my proposed budget it seems I do not cover my lifestyle needs. I am $300 over. Now it may seem like I can wiggle some down as my car is almost paid off and won't be needing to pay that.
My current short term spending habits, I would say could be stopped. I spend a lot of time in the car for my job and always stopping at gas stations to get something to drink and a snack to eat. If I would just pack a little extra food for my long trips I would cut that out and save money.
I would just save money and cut out the little things that I do not need like Netflix and I CBS. I would do a little money management to make sure I am not spending more then I am bringing in.
LONG TERM GOALS
Once i have a steady income, I plan on having a 401k as i have already stated doing sine I coached basketball at Danbury High School. I plan on saving for a downpayment on a new car once I am at a good place with me student loans and a down payment on a house for my future family.
It appears from

that manager salaries are around $85,000 a year.
YOU @ WORK
I am a hard worker and always ready to learn. I will always ask questions to improve my work and to make sure I am doing the job correctly.
I value sustainability in in a job. I value loyalty and forgives. Everyone in a job has messed up once or twice and I know I will too. I wanna be able to receive help so that I do not mess up again.
I think my personality will fit this job type very well. I love sports, especially basketball. I would defiantly fit in with the job title and enjoy the work.
Honesty and integrity play a huge role in how my work its affected. As a boss you want your employees to feel like they are doing the job correctly without having a since of a doubt. If they fail, that would be perfectly okay.
