        The four most basic subjects will be present while testing in these situations, math, science, english, and social studies.
- - - - This quotation shows that the PISA looked at comparison between different states and their levels of success. The NCLB did not compare the states, but rather tested on content of educational learning within each state. This is seen as a downfall of the NCLB.
