EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Elavate blood pressure
Increase energy
NURSING INTERVENTION
Give intravenous infusions as prescribed
Administer blood transfusion as per doctor's orders
Put patient in a trendelenburg position.
Give chronic medication as per doctor's orders
Give food with more sodium
Counsel patient to drink more water
EVALUATION
Blood pressure should be above 90/60 mmgH
Patient should regain energy
Haemoglobin levels should be between 12-16 ml
DEFINATION
It is abnormally low blood pressure.
Blood pressure is below 90/60
