Don't make a point to discuss programmatics, but will openly discuss

Take responsiblity for problems with the problems with the team I'm leading. Nothing could be worse for morale than trying to blame someone else

Before doing this project, I viewed leadership styles as a continuum between two extremes:

Micro-manager. The expert involved in all of the day-to-day details of everyone's work

Dictator telling employees what to do, but not doing anything themselves other than managing
