- DO single leg squat (knee should be straight and within toes)
Glute x 3 (+lunges, extend hips)
Quad stretch - 1 (bend knee and hold toes close to body)
Hamstring/calf stretch (ankle dorsiflex) x 2
Medial Hamstring stretch: toe facing outwards + abduction
Lateral Hamstring stretch - toe bend inwards
IT band stretch - injured leg behind and stretch away OR bend knees and adductor injured knee with healthy leg
