people with diabetic are more than susceptible to infection, that occur in 3 factors;
; impaired leukocyte function; insufficient blood supply, diabetic neuropathy
these factors are complicated by poor glycaemic. infeceted areas heals slowly because damaged vascular system cannot carry sufficient oxygen,
white blood cell, nutrients and antibodies to the injured site.they also increase the need for insulin
