Communication Model (Phases)
Phase 3:
A Channel (verbal, non verbal) and a medium(text, phone call, letter, email, face to face.)
Phase 4
: Receiver first gets the message

: Idea goes into message that reader understands(words, facial gestures, length, tone, style)
Phase 5
: Receiver absorbs and interprets message, sometimes erroneously
Phase 1:
You conceive and idea and want to share it.
Phase 6
: Receiver responds to you. This is the most important phase in the communication process.
