Cardiovascular exam
Colour: peripheral cyanosis/pallor
Hands: clubbing (congenital cyanotic heart disease), CRT, temp
Pulses: radial, brachial, femoral (delay = coarctation of aorta)
Face: dysmorphic, conjunctival pallor, central cyanosis
Chest: scars (L/R parasternal, midline sternotomy),
Chest palpation: displaced apex, heaves, thrills
Auscultation: murmurs, added sounds, lung bases (creps)
Ankles: peripheral oedema
