        High pressure LV forces blood into RV via connector
        Oxygenated blood from LV shunts to RV, so lower volume of oxygenated blood goes via aorta to body but not hypoxic
        E.g. VSD (commonest), PDA, ASD
      - b) R-L (blue)
        Higher pressure RV forces blood into LV due to structural defect
        Deoxygenated blood from RV dilutes oxygenated blood from LV, causing hypoxia
        E.g. ToF, TGA
