Neutral VS Emotional
Cultures that are neutral, people will control their emotions, they will not show what they think and that they are their resentments. So in these cultures we manage our emotions very well, the language of the body must not betray us either on our emotions.
Cultures that are emotional will want to find ways to express their emotions and will appreciate that others show their emotions too. In these cultures, we are open to building a truth and a relationship through the expression of these feelings, we manage conflicts, and we use a positive body language.

Specific VS Diffuse
If the cultures are specific, we will share the professional life with the personal life. So for them, relationships will not impact work and objectives in their work, it is possible for them to work together without creating links since there is a clear separation between professional and private life. So in these cultures, we're going to be direct and focused on objectives before focusing on relationships.
When a culture is diffuse, there is no separation between their professional and private lives. They believe in the importance of relationships in achieving professional goals. So, concentration in the relationship with others, they will talk about business during the creation of relationships
