(c) To find out the teams' strengths and weaknesses, I ran a retrospective whereby I used a list of core values and asked the team to pick a value, and if they think a particular team member has this attribute, to put their name on it. After that, say why they think this person has this characteristic based on facts. This was a really good session as it brought out strengths about oneself, which sometimes they may not have even known about. Having someone see this trait in you, definitely helps you to understand your strengths - which sometimes you can't.
