Learning does occur when the learner are able to understand the basic concepts that has been taught and able to relate or articulate the knowledge/information gained in their own words and understanding.

Factor that influence learning is environmental factors due to every learner has their own preferable kind of environment to learn.

Transfer does occur when learner are able to classify/identify/understand the knowledge that he received.
Each of the theories are best explained and can be rely due to the effectiveness from the learner. However, behaviorism seems to be least effective for higher education level as the learning type is reactive and suitable for only basic concept and general information.
