Eating Habits
Portion Size
Those who eat smaller portions will need to eat from the food group more often.
Those who eat larger portions will eat from the food group less often.
This is the amount individuals actually eat and this will depend on energy requirements.
Serve
It should be used along with the ‘serves per day’ information to work out the total daily amount of food required
