Treatment
If presenting <4 hours after overdose, give activated charcoal 1g/kg. This reduces absorption of paracetamol and can also increase elimination from the blood

General Measures

ABC, ventilate, treat shock
Monitor INR. If INR is still rising, continue acetylcysteine until INR < 1.4
Dose
12g = 24 tablets, can be fatal
