judge with equity
lifting up comes
not from
east or west or wilderness
God executes the judgment
lifting up or putting down
God pours out all the wicked of the earth and drain them down as the dregs in a cup
what will happen first?
the earth & all its inhabitants totters
Whom God stresses on?
the boastful / the wicked
not to boast
not to lift up their horns (x2) on high
not to speak with haughty neck
Finally, the author will declare
sing praises to the God of Jacob
will cut off all the horns of the wicked but lift up that of the righteousness
