Physical examination to check swelling

Oedema reduced
Weight decreased

Reduced oedema
Returning normal colour of veins
NURSING DIAGONOSIS
Acute pain related to tissue ischemia secondary
Impaired skin intergrity related to vascular insufficiency
Impaired physical mobility
Imbalanced nutrition, less than body requirements
Disturbed body image related to varicose veins
