Thesis:
Disparities across the globe can only be eliminated to an extent.
Non-government organization programs can positively change disparity outcomes.
In Australia, AIME helps to close the Gap between Aboriginal and European cultures.
In Tanzania, organisations such as 'Water to thrive' bring new light to SDW and help the overall livelihoods of Tanzanians.
In India, Adhya Educational Society gives a second chance to children and teenagers of India and help provide them with a valid education for the future,
Claim
It is possible to eliminates disparities
Education:
Non for profit organisations:
Provided Resources:
It is possible to close the gap, however, to change the mindsets of non-aboriginal communities may be difficult to amend in the long term. There are many resources provided to the Aboriginal communities but these are not used to their full potential and is not making a large difference to cultural assimilation.
This gap can be closed with the help of non for profit organisations (AIME) trying to close the racial disparities within the Australian community. Provided resources such as free housing, education and healthcare give the Aboriginals a second chance in helping close the gap.
In India, there is a large gap between the rich and poor and it seems that this gap may never close. the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) in India is growing faster than ever and the gap between the poor and rich is getting larger.
With India's large quantity of natural resources, a growth in employment and potential educational outputs is possible, but due to the huge unemployment and large populations this could be difficult to achieve.
Claim
The aboriginal gap in Australia will be hard to eliminate
Stolen Generation: abuse from foreign cultures show that history can never be forgotten.
Family: Family's are taken from the children meaning that the Aboriginal children are not able to live in the ways of their families.
Lose of Culture: When children are taken are forced to assimilate in a different type of culture, there natural heritage and culture is lost as they are 'stolen'.
Disparities will be hard to end
Ending disparities can be possible
