contraindication
-
-
hypersensitive reactions including; angioedema, laryngeal edemaand urticaria
-
mechanism of action

-
-
mechanism of action
this drug acts directly on bone cells(osteoblasts) to stimulate skeletal growth, and on the parathyroid glands to supress PTH (parathyroid hormone) synthesis and secretion. and these interaction are mediated by the interaction of these biologically active metabolites with specific receptor proteins in the various target tissues.
