Cat
This small feline animals are considered the smales from their family.
Cats live al around the world and have been domesticated during four thosand years.
There are 48 recognised cat breeds.
For example the egyptian cat has no hair but is very special.

In the past cats were considered as hunters like lions or panthers. In Egypt they were very useful when rats and mice appeared. That is the main reason why cats where gods for the egyptians.
Although they don't hunt big animals, they normaly fetch insects or mice.
Thanks to the wiskers, cats may do amaizing jumps, they can jump around 2 meters high.
Panther
The name panther refers to 3 different types of big cats:

They are known as the bigest cats in America. They are also the third largest cat in the world.

They eat whatever animal they can hunt.
Behavior:

They are very active during the night and during the day they rest and sleep all the time. They are very solitary and similar to the Jaguars.

Interesting facts:
-They normaly hunt during the day but also are active during the night.
-Lions live from 12 up to 16 years.
-They always go hunting in families or groups.
It is known that the lion is the king of the jungle, most of them live in the savanna or grasslands.
