      - HSV-1: grouped vesicles, oral

      - Pemphigous vulgaris: flaccid blisters, positive nikolsky sign, mucosal involved; autoimmune
      - Bullous pemphigoid: tense blisters @ flexors (inner thighs, groin, armpits, soles, palms); common in elderly population
    - - Dermatomyositis (rare): heliotrope (eyelid), gottron papules (on MCPJ, D/PCPJ)
      - Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE): erythema on sun-exposed area, painless oral/nasal ulcers; muscle/joint aches; hx of neuro/hemato/immune disorders

      - Zika: itchy maculopapular rash; headache, conjunctivitis, joint pain; travel hx
      - Murine typhus: maculopapular rash; lymphadenopathy in region of the bite; rickettsia typhi; contact with rats
      - Rocky mountain spotted fever: Rickettsia rickettsii; nausea/vomit, myalgia, lack of appetite
