The consumer decision process will try to get the best quality product, for the least amount of money possible.
If a product has a hefty price tag attached to it the product more often than not consumers wouldn't buy it.
Age
Most products have a target audience. For example kids would have interest toys will want to be colourful and fun and not as much interest in books
If a car would have a barbie design on it. a 17 year old boy or girl probably wouldn't want that car, it would only stand out to younger girls or boys.
Finance
If a price of a good is more than the price that someone has but is has good value for its price. Then a person may decide to take out a loan from a bank to pay for the product
The interest rate of a loan will affect the decision of a person whenever if they decide they want to take out a loan or not.

When a advertisement stands out to a consumer they will think about the product more and possibly show their friends if its good enough which means more sales for the product.

Good service pre and after sale will make a person feel that they are valued as a customer. In result they will often come back to buy your product if another one is needed.

A persons gender can influence what they will buy. For example females will more likely spend money on cosmetic items. So when marketing they would want their advertisement to stand out to girls rather than boys.
The influence of a persons gender on consumer decisions is best displayed on mothers and fathers day catalogs. For example a mother usually wouldn't like to get a tool box for mothers day.
Environment
With the increasing awareness of environmental pollution. If a product is environmentally friendly, it could possibly determine if a consumer buys an item or not.
If a product is packaged with unnecessary packaging that isn't recycle, it affect the decision of a product.
Convience
Many consumers have a limited amount of time to shop so if buying a product will be hassle free it will be more likely a consumer will buy your item
