ethical
computers and technology has a great ethical impact on our everyday life as technology as a whole has been the main driving force for the change of living standards and how we live our lifes. so it has also affected the ethics and what we deem as normal in toadys world
a big topic on the ethical issues is privacy. it seem as we progress and incorporate technology more into our lives we seem to be losing more and more privacy and are becoming mor e and more open.
socail media is a key catlyst for this as more people post pictures and data about themselves on the internet for a plethora of peopl to see and view this data and use if for various reasons crimcinal or not.
this laid back view of releasing data online and constanly haveing to being connected to the internet to talk to others andpost is seen by some as overbearing and too relient on technology for even smaller things
people also see the fact that we choose to electronically express our feeling and thoughts and have online freinds and this concept of having friends you have never met
people view this as a loss of actual formal communiction and people now have stopped talking face to face and having fake electronic freinds as a measure of how socailly successful someone is instead of how communciative they are in real life that actually people are more lonely even though they are so connected and this feeling of being loved by a bigger community is only superfiacl
cultural
while technology is fastly changing and spreading widely to all corners of the world there is some drawbacks
advantges
-
businesses can advertise online for cheaper and reach out to more people boosting clientship and additionaly maintian the future of the comapny and consquently the secuiryt of the jobs of people working there.
customers and people can also acces the business easier and people can view whta the company has to offer and everythign easily making life for the client simpler and easier
uisng technology allows a country or community to be more connected globally and thus be a more open society and be aware of customs and ways of life in different areas of the world. it makes a country more approachable and open to new ideas to provide a felxible culture

the older geneation and younger generation divide is very prevalent in technology. older people are very much less liekly to use technology on a daily basis unlike the younger generation which cause them to fall behind others in the speed of a daily life
older people have less experince with new technology and need extra help to understand it and how to use it. this long process discourages older people from even choosing to change to newer technology
another factor is that older people have become more accustomed to older ways of life and older methods of doing things so are more comfotable with other tehcniques that require less technology
