sets OSCE date and organises venue
defines examinable content for OSCE stations and organises timetable/schedule
organises exam review (stage lead & discipline leads review content)
OSCE takes place in a pre-arranged venue
Students rotate through 4 stations
Each station has a set duration typically 8-12 minutes
Assessor uses a mobile device e.g. iPad or laptop to enter grades and feedback into a google form
Google form is saved/submitted to Google drive
Unit convenor moderates grades and feedback
LDT/PSO generate feedback pdfs and upload to LMS
Grades and feedback are released to students at a date and time defined by Unit Convenor
