**NOTE: This track is interview based. Peer Mentors will be expected to be committed a full academic school year based on high school calendar
Offer support and guidance to current NCPA high school scholars at Omaha North and Omaha South
Develop personal and professional skills (Effective communication, Event Planning, Empathy, etc.)
Actively seek mentor-mentee matches and maintain weekly contact
Attend monthly professional trainings and high school social events
Communicate with NCPA and TFIOE Professional staff about student updates
