Questioning Weaknesses?
There is no way to know exactly what caused the men to do what they did, it could be a complete mix of the many reasons outlined, or it could be other reasons not even researched.
Goldhagen's book 'Hitlers wiling Executioners' using very inflammatory language and could be deemed as non professional due to this.

Introduction
Direction of my argument
I believe that Social Psychology and Antisemitism go hand in hand when it comes to the killing of Jews by Police Battalion 101. The men were in a war environment, had higher authority telling them what to do and did not want to be the odd one out, but Antisemitism is the underlying cause and motive to the lack of moral acknowledgment when it comes to the brutal killing.

Mention Browning and Goldings research, and explain their sides of the story

They had been offered to leave, they had the option to be placed at a different post/job, but only a slight percentage of the unit decided to do this.
-
Both aspects, go hand in hand, one cannot exist without the other

While on the other hand, Brownings studies try to prove the point that Police Battalion 101 was influenced dramatically by Social Psychology factors, such as, the Stanford Prison Experiment, Conformity Bias and the Milgrim Experiment.
They were just a group of normal men, who under the circumstances completely changed due to an environment, peer pressure and authority figures. A quote from Brownings published work 'Ordinary Men' "If the men of Reserve Police Battalion 101 could become killers under such circumstances, what group of men could not?"
Yes, they can change under circumstances but this does not excuse what they did, they still slaughtered hundreds of thousands of Jews.
